Experience, Skills & Attributes:
At least 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume venueKnowledge in cocktails and beverage productionDemonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectationsAdaptable and able to multi-taskTime management skillsAttention to detailStrong work ethic and a "can do" attitudeImmaculate presentation and exceptional communicationAble and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidaysMust obtain valid RSA Certificate
