sanding and primingComplete prep work for cosmetic repairs and light collision damageSupport the spray-painting team to ensure efficient workshop workflowConduct quality checks to ensure vehicles are prepared to a high standardMaintain a clean, safe and organised work environmentFollow all workshop safety, PPE and quality proceduresAssist the team in achieving daily production targetsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who has:Previous experience in a vehicle preparation, refinishing or similar workshop roleTrade-qualified Spray Painters seeking a support-focused role are encouraged to applyStrong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workAbility to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and time-management skillsUnderstanding of workshop safety and PPE requirementsManual driver's licenceFull Australian work rightsDesirableExperience with Axalta paint productsPrevious experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair environmentsJoin a Brand That's Growing — And Grow With UsIf you're a motivated team player who enjoys hands-on automotive work and wants to join a business with genuine career opportunities, Big Box Cars would love to hear from you.
