experienced teamBuild strong relationships with families and the communityContribute to the culture and success of a brand-new, purpose-built serviceAbout YouPassionate about early childhood education and child developmentConfident, cooperative, and committed to delivering quality programsExperienced in implementing the National Quality Framework in early childhood settingsFor Room Leaders and Teachers: Leadership skills to mentor, guide, and inspire teamsEssential CriteriaEducators: Certificate III or Diploma (or WT) qualification in Early Childhood EducationRoom Leaders: Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 1 year experience in a Room Lead roleEarly Childhood Teachers: Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with NESA registration.
