You will manage a portfolio of commercial retail loan accounts from first contact to resolution, balancing recovery outcomes with empathy, sound judgement and stakeholder management.The role requires experience in commercial collections or finance, robust negotiation and written communication, plus collaboration with dealers, legal, insolvency and valuation teams.
