You will supervise daily activities, monitor work programs, support staff development, and ensure compliance with Council policies, quality standards, and legislative requirements.This specific Crew Leader position is responsible for Council's Asphalt Paver Crew.
In addition to the above, you will lead an 11-person crew in the delivery of asphalt paving operations across the Townsville.Working closely with the Team Leader Construction, you will contribute to the delivery of road maintenance, capital road works, and other municipal infrastructure projects that support our growing community.About YouYou are a safety-focused leader with extensive experience in civil construction and municipal infrastructure works.
You possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for the community.You will bring:Demonstrated experience leading construction crews in a civil construction environment.Strong knowledge of municipal infrastructure construction and maintenance practices.Experience applying workplace health and safety, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.Proven ability to motivate teams, solve problems,
