In this role, you will coordinate service requests, schedule technicians, and ensure service jobs are completed efficiently while maintaining excellent customer communication.Key responsibilities includes and is not limited to:Lead and manage incoming service requests via phone and emailSchedule and book service technicians for site visits and communicate with customers regarding appointmentsLiaise with service technicians, installers, production,



and dispatch teams to coordinate workflowArrange parts and materials from the production team for technicians to carry out on-site serviceManage customer service calls and ensure timely responses to enquiriesResolve escalated customer issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionOversee service performance and implement continuous improvement strategiesMaintain accurate documentation and records, ensuring smooth communication across all departmentsEssential Skills, Knowledge and Experience RequiredProven experience in a Service Coordinator role, ideally within the manufacturing industryAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and to absorb technical information quickly.Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively within a team.
