customer service and store standardsAbility to take accountability for store performance during assigned shiftsStrong communication and organisational skillsFluency in Mandarin is required, to cater for our local and tourist Chinese clienteleFull-Time Availability RequirementsThis is a permanent full-time position averaging 38 hours per week.
Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.
Typical rosters include weekends, late‐night trading and public holidays.
We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work‐life balance and roster consistency.
As a retail business, flexibility is required throughout the week to support customer demand, peak trading periods and special events.
