In this role, you will support the Sales Managers byManaging the order-to-delivery process for both sales and purchase ordersFreight management, including requesting quotations, processing bookings and delivery trackingPrepare order and shipping documentsManage enquiries, phone calls and emails, and maintain updated customer and supplier detailsPrepare samples and documentation to customers, both national and internationalMonitor customer orders to meet expected delivery schedules,



liaising with the production team for order fulfilmentGenerate monthly sales reportsAssist with maintenance of R&D; records, O365 and Company filesPrepare quotations, marketing material and presentationsThe ideal candidate will already be well-versed in customer service, administration tasks, order and freight management.
They will be a confident and articulate communicator, both in person, over the phone and in writing.
And, most importantly, be excited and ready to learn about flavours and their application in the food industry.Your skills and competencies will include:Prior experience in a similar role or position with relevant transferable skillsIntermediate to Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, OutlookAble to produce professionally formatted documentation
