This fast-paced role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently coordinate multiple jobs.Key ResponsibilitiesAccept and manage new insurance claimsContact insureds and schedule technician attendancesCoordinate restoration and make-safe worksLiaise with builders, insurers, assessors, trades and clientsMonitor jobs and ensure required timeframes are metPrepare and submit reports, scopes, estimates and invoicesMaintain accurate job notes,
