We're looking for an experienced Plant Operator with strong excavator and stockpile management skills to join our production team.
Front End Loader experience is highly regarded, but not essential.If you take pride in secure operations, clean work areas, and smooth production flow, you'll fit right in.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile plant and supporting day‐to‐day production activities.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who is proactive, safety‐focused, and confident working around stockpiles and heavy equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a safe working environment at all timesPlan tasks and conduct risk assessments for identified activitiesOperate plant and equipment safely, including front end loaders where requiredMaintain stockpiles in a safe, clean, and compliant mannerPerform manual tasks,



including accessing plant such as wash plants via stairsSafely load and unload product onto bulk trucksLiaise professionally with truck drivers on siteKeep all work areas clean and hazard‐freeMaintain awareness of mobile plant limitations and stock handling risksSupport any other production activities as requiredWhat You BringProven excavator and stockpile management experienceStrong safety mindset and understanding of mobile plant hazardsAbility to work independently and as part of a production teamGood communication skills and reliabilityFront End Loader experience (advantageous)If you're a capable operator who values safety, teamwork, and clean, efficient work practices, we'd love to hear from you.
