Applicants must be available to work PM and/or ND shifts as part of their permanent roster.

recognise changes in condition and promptly report and elevate concerns to the Registered NurseComplete clinical observations and contribute to assessments, care planning, evaluation and ongoing review of resident careSupport admissions, transfers and changes in resident care needsMaintain accurate, timely and appropriate clinical documentationWork collaboratively with Registered Nurses, EENs, PCAs and other members of the multidisciplinary teamSupport and guide care staff within your role and scope of practiceParticipate in clinical handover and support continuity of care between shiftsRespond to resident call bells and care needs as part of the broader care teamContribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and a positive and respectful workplace cultureFollow CroCare policies and procedures, infection prevention and control requirements and workplace health and safety practicesAt CroCare, EENs are an active part of the direct care team.
