You will ensure every customer receives professional, efficient, and transparent service from booking through to vehicle collection.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting customers and managing service bookingsUnderstanding customer needs and accurately documenting vehicle concernsLiaising with technicians and communicating workshop progress updatesPreparing quotes and explaining recommended repairs and maintenanceManaging customer enquiries via phone, email,
