Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and confident Room Leader to join our team at White Hills.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator who can create a welcoming, engaging and well-organised room environment while supporting and mentoring a team of educators.About The RoleAs our Room Leader for the Toddler 2–3 years room, you will play a key role in creating a high-quality learning environment where every child feels supported, valued and encouraged to thrive.You Will Be Responsible ForLeading and supporting the day-to-day operations of the roomCreating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environmentDeveloping strong relationships with children, families and your teamSupporting children with additional needs and challenging behavioursCoaching and mentoring educators to build confidence and capabilityWorking collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain high-quality outcomesSupporting the development and implementation of engaging programs based on children's interests and individual needsMaintaining a protected,



clean and welcoming room environmentEnsuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulationsAbout YouWe're looking for an experienced and confident educator who is ready to lead from the front.
You will ideally have:Previous Room Leader or leadership experience (Any qualification is welcome as long as you have passion and dedication for this role!!)Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality FrameworkExperience supporting children with additional needs and challenging behavioursThe ability to create and maintain a strong room environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing other educatorsA proactive, positive and solutions-focused approachWhy Join Aspire?
