The HSEQ Administrator provides administrative support to the HSEQ function, assisting with the maintenance of HSEQ systems, records, training coordination and QA documentation.
Working closely with operational teams and the HSEQ team, this role helps ensure accurate records, timely reporting and effective administration of HSEQ activities across our sites.This is an excellent prospect for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who is looking to build their experience in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.Key responsibilitiesAssisting with the maintenance of HSEQ systems, policies, and proceduresCoordinating HSEQ training, inductions, and awareness initiativesProviding administrative support for risk assessments, audits, and workplace inspectionsAssisting with incident records and tracking corrective actionsMaintaining accurate HSEQ data, reports, and registersSupporting teams with quality, compliance and safe work practicesAssisting with wellbeing initiatives and return-to-work processesContributing to a positive,



inclusive and safety-focused cultureAbout youPrevious experience in an administrative or support roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong data entry and record management skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and OutlookAn interest in workplace health, safety and complianceExperience working in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment (desirable)Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or willingness to undertake further study (desirable)What's on Offer?
