With 8 studios Australia wide and a strong international presence, this is your opportunity to become an integral part of a global success story.About the RoleYou will perform laser tattoo removal treatments using laser equipment, while adhering to strict safety protocols.
With a customer experience focus, you will play a key role in educating clients on treatment expectations, aftercare requirements, and the overall process, ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction throughout their treatment journey.
The role also involves maintaining detailed client records, delivering exceptional customer service, and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe and effective laser treatments in line with studio protocolEnsure full compliance with safety standards, treatment guidelines, and client documentation requirementsBuild client trust through excellent communication and realistic guidance on treatment outcomesMaintain laser machinery, treatment rooms,



and infection control standardsWork collaboratively with the studio team to meet key performance indicators and support a positive studio cultureCarry out light cleaning and administrative duties to keep studio operations running smoothlyComplete ongoing company learning and development requirementsDays & HoursPlease note this role requires availability to work every Saturday.
