Positions available1 x Permanent Part-Time | 7-Day Roster | Garbutt location1 x Full-Time | 7-Day Roster | Garbutt locationAbout the role:Monitor and manage live transport network KPIs, ensuring on-time and reliable serviceProvide real-time support to drivers during incidents and emergenciesCollaborate to adjust operations in response to disruptionsRecord and escape incidents and maintain accurate system documentationAssist Managers to implement business plans and strategic objectivesManage and update operational systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entryCommunicate with stakeholders,



including emergency services and authorities, when requiredAbout you:Ability to work shift workPrevious experience in scheduling, network operations, transport coordination, or a similar operational roleExcellent coordination, communication, and decision-making skillsProven ability to manage schedules and adapt quickly to changing operational demandsCompetence in accurately recording incidents and escalating issues when necessaryConfidence in supporting frontline drivers during incidents and emergency situationsDemonstrated ability to follow policies and proceduresExperience in engaging with external stakeholders to manage service delivery and disruptionsStrong attention to detail with well-developed problem-solving abilitiesA MR driver's licence or a willingness to obtainQLD Drivers Authority is preferredor a willingness to obtainCurrent First Aid certificate is preferable or a willingness to obtainWorking with Children Check or a willingness to obtainBe able to pass a pre‐employment functional and drug & alcohol clearanceAbout us:Kinetic is Australia and New Zealand's largest and most diverse bus operator, moving more than 100 million passengers per year across some of the most recognisable names in bus transport.
