We're currently looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to join our team at Emporio Armani Doncaster.
This is a full‐time, permanent position at 38 hours per week.
About the Role:
As Boutique Manager, you'll take full ownership of your boutique's performance, leading a high‐performing team and creating an environment where every customer interaction counts.
You'll set the pace on the floor, drive commercial results, and develop the next generation of talent from within.
Lead daily morning briefs and day‐to‐day floor operations, keeping the team engaged, informed and motivatedSupport your team's growth through one‐on‐ones, development plans and hands‐on coaching in clienteling, after‐care and CRMOwn the boutique's administrative operations, including WHS, rostering and time and attendanceBuild a positive,



supportive culture that brings out the best in your teamAnalyse business data to set clear sales goals and shape strategies that get resultsGrow the client base by generating current business and reactivating existing clienteleStay ahead of market trends to spot new opportunities for the boutiqueLead by example on the floor, from VIP relationships to client events, showing your team what great looks like
About Your Skills:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a retail manager, preferably within fashion retailStrong business mindset with sharp problem‐solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and presentation skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience using POS systems
