We're looking for a creative, hands‐on Social Media Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that outstanding social content isn't about posting the same thing four times.
Each platform has its own audience, language and style — and we're looking for someone who instinctively knows how to adapt content so it feels native to each one.
You'll be responsible for creating, planning and publishing content, capturing behind‐the‐scenes moments and product content, and helping us build a consistent and recognisable presence across our social channels.Key responsibilitiesShoot engaging content on an iPhone, including products, processes, behind‐the‐scenes content and day‐to‐day momentsCreate Reels, TikToks, carousels, stories and other social‐first contentAppear on camera to demonstrate products and bring content to lifeEdit content natively within Instagram and TikTok,



using tools such as Instagram Edits where appropriateUse Canva to create polished graphics and carouselsUse Premiere Pro when a larger or more involved edit calls for itCreate content specifically for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, adapting ideas into different formats and voicesHelp establish and maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across social channelsDevelop recurring content pillars and series that audiences can recognisePlan and schedule content at least a week in advance and maintain an organised content calendarAbout youHave experience creating content for multiple social platformsHave a professional portfolioUnderstand the differences between LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTokHave a strong eye for visual content, pacing and storytellingCan confidently shoot and edit content yourselfHave solid Canva experienceAre comfortable using Instagram and TikTok's native editing toolsAre comfortable getting in front of the camera when neededHave a good instinct for trends without blindly jumping on every trendHave strong attention to detail and a consistent eye for brandAre organised and capable of planning content ahead of time
