You'll play a key role in maintaining workshop efficiency, monitoring job progress, sharing your knowledge, and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, assemble and rebuild heavy vehicle steering systems and componentsPerform mechanical repairs, fault finding and workshop-based service workSupport daily workshop operations and workflow coordinationAssist with allocating jobs and monitoring work progressProvide technical guidance and mentoring to apprentices and fellow techniciansConduct quality inspections and final checks on completed workHelp maintain workshop productivity,
