Reporting to the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:Preparing and cooking high quality Modern Australian dishes from our menu to consistently high standardsAssisting the HeadChef with the day to day running of the kitchen including coordinating kitchen operations and workflow and effectively communicating with front of house staffYou must be able to work efficiently, operate well under pressure and be willing to assist with training of junior staff and apprenticesImplementing and strictly adhering to workplace healthy,



safety and hygiene regulationsWhat we are looking for:Excellent communication skills andgood English isessentialAt least two years experience in high volume kitchen along witha Certificate III or higher qualification in Commercial CookeryDisplay exceptional culinary skills and a genuine desire to prepare and serve delicious foodDemonstrate leadership, attention to detail, robust customer service, and high standard of personal cleanliness and presentationA thorough understanding and commitment to food safety and hygieneThis is anopportunity to develop your skills in the kitchen.
