Truck Centre WA is looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter - Major Accounts to join our high-performing team at our Forrestfield Head Office.
Truck Centre (WA) is WA's sole Volvo, UD and Mack Truck Specialist Dealership, with 8 branches operating state-wide.

About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to take the next step in their career, working closely with our major customers and internal teams.
You'll provide expert parts advice, build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and ensure our major accounts receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities Include




Manage and develop strong relationships with major customersProvide expert parts interpretation and advicePrepare and process parts quotes and salesIdentify opportunities to grow parts sales and customer relationshipsSupport workshop and customer requirementsEnsure accurate and timely parts supplyDeliver exceptional customer service
About You
Previous Parts Interpreting experience, ideally within the heavy vehicle industryStrong knowledge and interest in heavy automotiveExperience working with major accounts or key customers is highly desirableExcellent customer service and relationship-building skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail and computer literacyCommercially focused with a proactive, can-do attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
