capturing the information discussed and ensuring the project documentation reflects the outcomes.You'll work alongside the main project lead and will be responsible for:Attending regular healthcare user group meetingsTaking detailed minutes and capturing key requirementsReporting back to the project leadUpdating drawings and documentation based on information gatheredFollowing up on actions and project requirementsSupporting the wider project team with coordination and documentationAbout youHealthcare experience is essential for this role, particularly experience working within a clinical or healthcare project environment.We're looking for someone with:Architecture degree and Graduate-level experiencePrevious healthcare/clinical project experienceExperience attending user group meetings is essentialStrong minute-taking, reporting and communication skillsExperience updating drawings based on stakeholder feedbackGood Revit/documentation skillsDruFUS experience is preferred, but not essentialStrong attention to detail and ability to manage information accuratelyThe OpportunityThis is a great opportunity to join a leading national architecture practice and gain further experience across major healthcare projects, working closely with experienced project leaders and clinical stakeholders.Contract: Immediately through to the end of ****If you have the required healthcare and user group experience and are available for a contract through to the end of the year, we'd love to hear from you.
