This is a permanent full time role based at our Residential Aged Care Facility in Nudgee.What you'll be doing:Getting to know each resident and tailoring activities to their unique skills, interests, and goalsFacilitating engaging group programs as well as personalised one-on-one activitiesContributing to the design of monthly lifestyle calendars in partnership with the Facility ManagerRecording and reviewing outcomes to continually improve the program's impactWhat you'll bring:Certificate III in Aged Care (with Lifestyle Program experience) OR Certificate IV in Leisure & LifestyleA current First Aid certificateExperience in a similar role – aged care experience highly regardedA Queensland Provisional Green or higher Driver LicenceMost importantly – a passion for making every day meaningful for othersWhy Mercy Community?
