We'll provide full training, as we believe robust patient relationships are built over time, and the way our team engages with patients shapes both their experience and our reputation.
You'll be liaising regularly with patients, our doctors, nursing staff, and pathology providers, among others.Typical responsibilities will include:Handling incoming calls, emails, and messagesWelcoming patients on arrival, processing billing, and general office dutiesCoordinating appointment bookings and confirming upcoming clinic and surgery appointmentsSending out medical correspondence dailyManaging patient recall systems and processing referrals for new patientsSupporting our doctors, nurses, and allied health team with administrative tasksCoordinating with hospital administration and clinical teamsBooking surgical procedures, and scanning clinical notes and resultsWe're after someone reliable who brings a strong sense of professionalism to their work.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
