This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of agricultural and land management projects, operating modern machinery in a safe and productive environment.As a Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of tractors and associated equipment, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate tractor machinery safely and efficientlyPerform routine pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checksCarry out slashing, grading, spraying, cultivation, and other land management activities as requiredMaintain machinery and work areas to a high standardReport faults, hazards,



and equipment issues promptlyWork collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet project objectivesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience operating tractors and agricultural machineryCurrent Driver's LicenceStrong commitment to workplace safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, motivated, and hardworking attitudeExperience with GPS-guided equipment (desirable)Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills (desirable)Why Join Us?
