About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Service Department and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to customer and internal service enquiriesCreating and managing service work orders from start to finishMaintaining accurate service records and department documentationUpdating customer and equipment information within company systemsAssisting with service reporting and departmental administrationProcessing warranty and product improvement claimsSupporting technicians and management with day-to-day administrative tasksProviding exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
About You




Previous administration or customer service experienceStrong organisational and time management skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systemsAbility to prioritise tasks and work in a quick-paced environmentA professional and positive approach to customer serviceMechanical or technical knowledge is advantageous but not essentialYear 12 completion or relevant experience preferred
