This is a full-time Subcontractor position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our clients' facilities and properties.
As a Handyman, you will be responsible for a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in keeping our clients' premises in optimal condition and addressing their maintenance needs promptly and professionally.Key responsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple trade disciplines including carpentry, painting and general repairsRespond to maintenance requests from clients and assess work requirements to determine appropriate solutionsCarry out preventative maintenance tasks to ensure facilities remain in good working order and to minimise downtimeInstall, repair and maintain fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, walls and other building componentsPerform painting,
