Reporting to the relevant Shift Operations Manager, you will oversee daily and nightly operations, support staff on shift, and ensure the Club delivers a protected, welcoming and compliant environment for members and guests.Key responsibilitiesSupervising staff across gaming, bar, bistro and customer service areasLeading teams to deliver exceptional customer serviceOverseeing gaming operations in line with Victorian compliance requirementsResponsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of GamingCash handling, reconciliations and shift close proceduresSupervising bar, floor and food serviceMaintaining venue presentation and safety standardsManaging customer enquiries, escalations and patron careEnsuring smooth operational flow across all departmentsAbout youProven experience in hospitality, gaming or club operationsStrong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent communication skills and a calm,
