Senior Showroom Sales Consultant role reporting to the Store Manager.
Retail sales assistants are the front line to the business and are expected to reflect the business, brand and attitudes.Key responsibilitiesWelcome and greet all internal and external customers (phone and store)Educate customers on products contained within the storeGather and understand a customer's needs and wantsAsk for people's businessHave a basic understanding of reading a planLiaise with the warehouse and installers to convey any specific requirements a customer may haveOrder carpet either over the phone or through a B2B systemUse a bookings system to coordinate installationsTake payments and utilise POS systemsFollow up with clients for google reviews and referralsAbout youBasic understanding of Microsoft Outlook for emails and calendarsAbility to compile paperwork for processing by administration and warehouseUnderstand and achieve sales targetsAbility to work within a team setting based on respect and enjoying time whilst in the workplaceExisting skill sets capable of delivering on all primary responsibilitiesAbout usCronulla Carpets are a local family owned Shire business with approaching 80 years of legacy around customer service and education in flooring, consisting of retail store, commercial divisions and our own warehousing.
