As the Operations & Logistics Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the day-to-day operational and logistical functions of the business.
Reporting to the Finance and Operations Manager, you will be the key coordinator for order processing, logistics, inventory data and ensuring smooth service delivery.
This role offers genuine opportunities to grow into a broader Operations or Supply Chain position as the Australian business expands.Key responsibilitiesEnter and manage customer orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely processingMonitor order status and coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilmentMaintain accurate records of customer orders and update stakeholders on delivery timelinesCoordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners regarding inbound and outbound shipmentsTrack shipments and proactively follow up on delivery issues, delays, or discrepanciesAssist with customs, freight, and shipping documentation where requiredSupport inventory replenishment planning and stock transfersMaintain accurate inventory records across ERP and warehouse systemsAssist with stock reconciliations, cycle counts,



and inventory investigationsSupport daily operational activities to ensure efficient product movement and customer serviceAbout you2+ years' experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or administrative support rolesIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills including reporting, reconciliations and spreadsheet managementExperience using ERP, inventory management, or order processing systemsStrong data accuracy and attention to detailStrong organisational and communication skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independentlyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and growing business environmentPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionallyAbout usJoin a prominent, well-established global German medical technology company specialising in state-of-the-art surgical systems.
