Job Description

Flourish Australia is seeking a Manager to lead the Queensland Commonwealth Psychosocial Support (CPS) program within the Better Connect consortium. You will oversee recovery-oriented, person-centred services across Central Queensland, Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast regions, collaborating with consortium partners to strengthen quality and sustainability.

The role requires a degree, at least 3 years in a similar role, robust stakeholder engagement and people leadership in a mental health setting.
