Job Description

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ person team, drive service and sales, and manage stock in a high-volume store. The role reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with other department managers to ensure best experience for customers.

You will train and develop your team, ensure safety compliance, and lead initiatives to showcase the widest range and best prices. Weekend rostering and public holiday work are required.
