A Davine Finish is seeking a Sander - Labourer to join our team in Maroochydore, QLD. As a Sander, you will play a crucial role in preparing surfaces to the highest standard, ensuring our projects meet the exacting standards our clients expect. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining the quality and precision that define A Davine Finish.

Key responsibilities n

Operating sanders and sanding equipment safely and effectively to prepare surfaces for finishing
n
Sanding doors and panels to achieve smooth, even finishes in preparation for spray painting.
n
Removing dust and debris from work areas using appropriate cleaning method
n
Following health and safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
n
Maintaining and caring for sanding equipment and tools in valuable working condition
n
Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
n
Reporting any issues or damage to equipment to management promptly
n

Experience working as a labourer or in a similar hands-on trade role

Practical experience with sanding equipment and surface preparation techniques
