You will partner with executive stakeholders to drive financial performance, lead forecasting and planning cycles, and deliver explicit business insights to influence decisions.

You will guide the Finance Business Partnering team, coach staff, and drive process improvements across planning, reporting and performance management in a quick-paced FMCG/CPG workplace.
