transfers and allocationsMaintain accurate vehicle stock records and update internal systemsMonitor vehicle locations and stock status across the dealershipConduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock against system recordsCoordinate vehicle transfers between dealerships and other locationsWork closely with Sales, Delivery, Logistics and other teams to ensure accurate stock informationTrack incoming and outgoing vehicles and follow up on any discrepanciesMaintain accurate vehicle documentation and stock recordsAssist with general administration related to vehicle inventory and dealership operationsAbout YouPrevious experience in stock control, inventory administration or an automotive dealership is highly desirableStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsConfident working with spreadsheets and computer systemsGood communication and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentReliable, proactive and able to work independentlyA valid Australian driver's licence is preferredWhy Join Us?
