In this role, you'll deliver clinical care that protects dignity, supports wellbeing and builds trust with residents and their families.
You'll respond to changes in health, communicate clearly and compassionately, and lead your team with steadiness and professionalism.You'll assess, plan and evaluate care needs, supervise carers and ENs, and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
