Client Service Associate / Private wealth assistantThis is a great prospect for a career orientated market professional to join a well-established tier one wealth management organisation as a Client Service Associate on an initial 12-month contract with the view to permanency.Dealing with Ultra high net worth clients and very intelligent colleagues, our client is keen to meet with individuals who have had one to three plus years' experience in stockbroking / Financial Planning / client service / operations or are currently a Client Service Associate/ Advisor assistant looking for a new opportunity.
Supporting 4 Senior UHNW advisors, this is a mature and very busy desk.
This role has a positive mix of administration, on-boarding, transitions, and client service-related duties, will be involved in corporate deals, client meetings, operational functions, training and support will be provided.




This is a high performing desk and are keen to partner with client centric and driven candidates.Degree Qualified: Finance, Commerce, Accounting or Business essentialExceptional client service focusStrong administration skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenDisplay a high level of resilience and strong ability to prioritise tasksGoal-oriented with demonstrated drive and initiativeGood knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of domestic and international markets is desirableExperience within wealth management, financial planning or professional servicesRG146 PreferredThe client will provide a great working environment with a busy and positive culture.
