The Chance:We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Dandenong South to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys managing customer relationships, coordinating orders and working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.You will be a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and orders from initial request through to delivery while liaising closely with sales, warehouse, logistics and operations teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer enquiries via phone and emailProcess and coordinate customer orders from initial enquiry through to deliveryProvide customers with updates on orders, stock availability and delivery timeframesLiaise with warehouse, logistics, sales and operations teamsPrepare quotes, invoices, order confirmations and relevant documentationProactively follow up outstanding orders and assist with resolving customer issuesMaintain accurate customer,



pricing and order information within internal systemsBuild strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersProvide general customer service and administrative support as requiredAbout You:Previous SAP experience is essentialPrevious experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or a similar roleStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience managing customer orders from end to endExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfidence managing multiple customer requests and competing prioritiesPrevious experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, FMCG or another product-based environment is highly regardedA proactive, positive and team-focused approachThe Benefits:$70,000–$80,000 + Superannuation depending on experienceFull-time permanent opportunityDandenong South location with onsite parkingSupportive and collaborative team environmentVaried role combining customer service, order management and administrationOpportunity to build your experience within an established and growing business
