Hours & Roster Details:
Employment Type: Fixed Term until 14 August ****Hours: Average of 32 hours/week ; 192 hours/6 weeks roster periodShift Time: 7am to 3pm/ 3pm to 11pm/ 5pm to 9pmRoster Pattern: 4 days on, 2 days off (6 weekly rotating roster across Monday-Sunday)
The purpose of this job
Located on the northeastern edge of Cambridge, Bupa St Kilda Care Home is a modern, purpose-built care home with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
It provides Rest Home, Hospital, Dementia Care, and Care Suites.
As a Caregiver, you'll work alongside a supportive team to:
Assist with mobility in line with individual care plansMaintain accurate and timely care documentationEncourage residents to engage in social activities and community lifeHelp create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and your teammates
What you'll need to make it possible
Hold a Level 0-4 Caregiving qualification,



with current medication competency and a strong understanding of safe medication practicesBring proven experience in aged care or a comparable healthcare environmentExhibit genuine passion for supporting the elderlyPossess confident communication and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary teamComputer literacy across MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Hold legal entitlement to work in New Zealand
