Experience in professional dog groomingQualification in Grooming preferred, but not essentialAbility to create and embed strong safety practices throughout the salon and storeGood knowledge of specific breed clips, with a commitment to maintaining grooming styles and brand/product knowledgePhysically fit, with the ability to lift heavy animals as requiredDemonstrated experience in handling and working with live animalsMaintain advanced understanding of zoonotic and skin diseases and how to identify themProven ability to exceed grooming KPIs through high-quality care, customer satisfaction,
