This full-time position is based in our Pakenham South, location.
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their Mazda vehicles.What you'll be doingProviding professional and courteous customer service to all Mazda vehicle ownersAccurately assessing vehicle repair and maintenance needs, with the ability to communicate these directly to customersBooking and scheduling customer appointments to ensure timely and efficient service deliveryLiaising with the workshop team to coordinate repairs and ensure customer expectations are metActively resolving customer queries and concerns in a friendly and empathetic mannerMaintaining detailed records of all service interactions and recommendationsPromoting Mazda's range of products, services and accessories to customersContributing to the overall success and growth of the Pakenham Mazda service departmentWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years' Service Advisor experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly,



confident and qualified mannerHigh attention to detail, strong time management and problem-solving skillsTeam player with proactive work ethicCompetent computer skills including basic Microsoft Office and ability to learn dealership management systems (training provided).
