Working alongside leading surgeons, anaesthetists and perioperative professionals,



you'll contribute to exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.Key responsibilities include:Delivering evidence-based nursing care in accordance with best practice standardsSupporting patients throughout their surgical experienceCollaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teamsMaintaining safe clinical environments for patients and staffSupervising and supporting Enrolled Nurses and other team membersProviding patient education and clinical support throughout recovery and rehabilitationConducting comprehensive patient assessments and monitoring care outcomesMaintaining accurate and timely clinical documentationAbout YouYou'll be a passionate and motivated Registered Nurse who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.Essential CriteriaCurrent registration with AHPRACurrent Working with Children CheckMinimum 2 years' experience in Anaesthetics and/or Recovery nursing, or completion of a graduate program in an acute hospital with a Theatre rotationExperience with difficult airway management, fibre optic intubation and regional blocksStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsCommitment to quality improvement and patient-centred careUnderstanding of ACQSHC National StandardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyBasic computer literacyWhy Healthscope?
