We are looking for a dynamic, customer service focused individual who thrives in a fast paced environment.As a Toyota Service Advisor, the main focus is to be the primary contact between the dealership and the customer, for repair and maintenance service on vehicles.
You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our Toyota Service Centre.
This is full-time position with amazing benefits and opportunities to further your career.What you'll be doingProviding a high level of customer service by responding to customer inquiries, booking services and managing their expectations throughout the repair processMeeting and greeting Customers including Driveway Service.Organising courtesy/loan vehicles for the Customer.Assisting Customers with understanding their vehicle's maintenance requirements including:Creating Repair Orders detailing service work required.Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job.Keeping customers up to date with progress of vehicle repairs and recommending appropriate service and repair solutionsGaining authorisation and organising completion of extra works when requiredHandling customer concerns with their vehicle service.Final costing, closing, and payment of repair orders.Ensuring all customer documentation is accurately completed and following up on any outstanding itemsLiaising with our Toyota-trained technicians to coordinate vehicle inspections, diagnose issues, and provide customers with accurate repair quotes and timeframesIdentifying and pursuing opportunities to upsell additional services to customersLiaising between Customers and any sublet supplierProviding exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationshipsHelping bring new business into the service departmentActively promoting the sale of Genuine Toyota parts,



including tyres and batteries.Promoting the dealership and the Toyota brandKeeping work areas clean and up to date.Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to WH&S; guidelines.Assist with secure storage of vehicles and keys, and securing of the Service Department at day end.What we're looking forStrong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in plain languageExcellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy work environmentExceptional computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance processesA team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with technicians, parts staff and managementA valid Manual QLD driver's licence and a commitment to workplace health and safetyCommitment to Toyota's goals and operational standards.Desirable Skills/Qualifications/ExperiencePrevious experience in the Service division of an Automotive DealershipSound knowledge of auto mechanicsKnowledge of TUNE/SAP and Toyota-specific systems and proceduresWhat we offerAt Toowoomba Motors, we pride ourselves on creating a positive, supportive and inclusive work workplace for our employees.
