You'll be a key point of contact for customers, coordinating service work for our field technicians and keeping repairs, breakdowns and scheduled maintenance on track.What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:Coordinate preventative maintenance, breakdowns, repairs and scheduled servicingSchedule work for field service technicians, balancing customer needs, technician availability and travel timeProvide regular, proactive updates to customers on technician attendance, parts delays and job progressRaise and manage service jobs, following up open jobs through to completionPrepare service and repair quotations and follow up with customersReview completed jobs for accurate parts and labour before invoicingWork closely with technicians, supervisors,
