Job Description
Rheinmetall Defence Australia, based at MILVEHCOE in Redbank, seeks a Team Leader to oversee Armour Shop floor production across two shifts.
You will coordinate lean manufacturing, safety, quality and targets while supporting assembly and finishing of composite armour panels.
Lead a growing team of production workers and machine operators; supervise shift handovers, audits and training, and ensure compliance with engineering instructions and security requirements.
