patches and security configurationsMonitoring network and system security and assisting with maintaining appropriate access controlsProviding technical support and resolving complex IT and network-related issuesSupporting the implementation, administration and maintenance of business systems and applicationsAbout youA Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent relevant Bachelor-level ICT qualificationA minimum of 1 year of full time relevant professional experience in network administration or a closely related IT infrastructure roleDemonstrated experience administering and maintaining computer networksExperience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches and network connectivityExperience with Windows operating systems and Windows Server environmentsSound knowledge of network security, system updates and security configurationsStrong hardware, software and network troubleshooting skillsStrong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
