are looking for someone who has experience in a reception role, someone who is confident and has exceptional time management skills.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnswering incoming calls and customer queries in a professional and timely manner.Booking incoming leads for our sales teamProcessing payments over the phoneInvoicingGeneral typing and data entrySkills & Experience:The ideal candidate will display the following attributes:Professional presentationPunctualShow attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding communication, telephone and customer service skillsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacityThe ability to work within a team or on your ownA problem solver and critical thinkerProfessional phone mannerPC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)– training will be provided in CRM booking systemReliable and trustworthyAble to hit the ground running and can learn fastExperience working within a busy and constantly changing environmentOffice Experience is Absolutely Essential to secure this role.
