Impress Photography / Impress Studios is seeking a talented and detail-focused Multimedia Designer / Floorplan & Production Artist to join our Melbourne-based team in Hawthorn.
This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week from our Hawthorn studio and at client locations as required.
The role combines digital design, multimedia production, property floorplan creation and visual content preparation for the real estate and property marketing industry.
You will work closely with our photography and production team to create accurate, qualified and presentation-ready visual material for our clients.Key responsibilitiesInterpreting client briefs and working closely with the team to establish the creative direction, intended audience and desired outcome for each projectExploring visual references, current design trends and project-specific requirements to help shape effective creative solutionsTurning initial ideas into clear and engaging design concepts across digital and multimedia formatsCreating visual treatments, layouts, graphics, mock-ups and presentation material to bring concepts to lifeCollaborating with clients and internal team members to review ideas, respond to feedback and refine creative work through to approvalMaking considered decisions around imagery, typography, colour, composition, motion and other visual elements to ensure each project is both functional and visually strongPreparing polished,



production-ready artwork and digital assets for use across a variety of platforms and formatsWorking with photography, video and graphic content to produce cohesive multimedia material that meets the required creative standardManaging projects through the production process, from concept development through to final output and deliveryEnsuring finished work is accurate, consistent and aligned with both client expectations and brand requirementsAbout youA relevant qualification in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design or a related discipline1 year of relevant work experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital production, floorplan production or a related fieldDemonstrated experience using relevant Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop and IllustratorExcellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate workStrong organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to work independently as well as part of a teamGood written and verbal communication skillsExperience preparing floorplans, property marketing material, photography-related design work or similar visual content will be well regardedAbout usImpress Photography / Impress Studios is an established Melbourne creative business working across real estate, commercial, hospitality and property marketing projects.
