Reporting to the COO, you'll be a key point of support across our Domestic Packaged Sales and Production functions, helping keep the department organised, accurate and running smoothly.About the RoleThis is a diverse, hands-on role working closely with Account Managers, customers, production, warehouse, finance and marketing.We're looking for a genuine self-starter who takes ownership of their role, communicates confidently with all stakeholders and follows things through.
You'll be trusted to manage your own workflow while helping set the wider team up for success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and organisational support across Domestic Packaged Sales and ProductionAct as a key point of contact for customers, Account Managers and internal teamsProcess customer orders and oversee order entry to ensure accuracyManage customer enquiries and general account supportPrepare quotations, sales reports and customer informationCoordinate packaged production planning,



bottling schedules and stock requirementsManage stock levels across multiple warehousesMaintain accurate customer, product, pricing and production recordsAssist with purchase orders, invoice verification, reconciliations and debtor managementProvide administrative and logistical support for promotions, trade shows and customer eventsProactively coordinate and follow up actions across the departmentAbout YouYou'll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for your own area.
