Reporting directly to the Colours Manager, this role is responsible for assisting customers to make the right colour and design selection for their home.Some of the key responsibilities include:Assist clients with their colour selection and design process in a professional and timely mannerEnsure the right options and advice is given to clients to assist them in making the right selections for their homeProvide in person colour selection appointmentsGuide clients through internal and external coloursCreate colour documents for internal and external selectionsComplete and amend administrative documentsResolve client concerns and issuesMaintain the Mporium Showroom at all timesTo be considered, you should possess:Minimum 1 years' experience as a Colour Consultant or similar rolePrevious experience in interior design is highly desirableQualification in Interior Design and/or Decoration would be advantageousStrong attention to detail and an eye for designWell presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional organisation and time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesAvailable to work alternate Saturday'sIn return, the successful candidate will receive:Attractive remuneration package relevant to experience and abilityAdvancement opportunities, working with Victoria's award-winning new home builder company.A agile team culture where our people produce excellent results.A supportive workplace culture where great work is recognized and rewarded.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
